Reade Ben graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University and is a Fulbright Scholar. He is currently pursuing a J.D.

Reade provides highly individualized college essay coaching designed to help students strengthen both the substance and presentation of their writing. Each editing package includes detailed, line-by-line feedback and extensive comments directly in Google Docs, along with an overview and editing game plan at the beginning of the document so students have a clear roadmap for revision. Throughout the process, students can also contact him directly with questions.

His approach is iterative rather than simply corrective. Depending on the package, he may begin with a Zoom conversation to discuss the student’s background, goals, and existing materials. He reviews each draft closely, provides substantive feedback and suggested edits, and works with the student through successive revisions.

Reade aims to give students the kind of detailed, thoughtful attention that is difficult to replicate in a large tutoring service. His goal is to help each student identify what they genuinely want to say and develop the strongest, most authentic version of their own writing.
